is hiring qualified candidates having relevant experience in sales coordination. S/He will be responsible for assisting the sales team with daily operations including data entry, order processing, lead management, and scheduling. S/He needs to work across departments such as marketing, customer service, and IT, while maintaining accurate sales records, coordinating meetings, and supporting both routine and ad hoc sales activities.

Job Profile
- Support the sales team in daily activities, including data entry, order processing, and sales tracking.
- Coordinate sales-related tasks, such as scheduling meetings (With IT Director/ CS/PS), managing calendars, and preparing sales materials.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and databases.
- Assist in lead generation, follow-up, and pipeline management.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer service.
- Ensure timely communication with clients and sales team members.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Candidate Profile
- Should have relevant experience within presales to lead the team of experienced team members
- Should have experience in handling Middle-East African Clients.
- Should have proven capability to engage the client at an executive level
- Should be able to engage in a technical and business conversation with Client to understand their requirements
- Should have strong problem solving and prioritization skills along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Should have strong Presentation skill & can work with multiple stakeholders
