Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, coordinating with the marketing team, and providing excellent customer service. The Sales Executive will also be involved in negotiating contracts, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in customer service and relationship management
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data
- Proficiency in preparing sales reports and presentations
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Knowledge of the transport and logistics industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed
