Job brief:We're seeking a Sales Operations Manager to lead our Sales Operations Team in supporting our rapid growth. In this role, you'll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to streamline processes and enhance productivity.You'll be responsible for optimising sales practices, ensuring data accuracy, and managing our sales tech stack. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales operations or related fields, excellent people management skills, and a data -driven approach to decision -making.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with cross -functional teams to capture business requirements and implement new sales and customer -related processesOptimise existing sales processes, practices, and policies for internal customer satisfaction and employee productivityEnsure high levels of data quality and process consistency in sales and marketing systemsAnalyze sales data, take action, and measure impact to support decision -makingManage the overall sales tech stack, including Salesforce and other sales toolsHire, develop, and manage a high -performing sales operations team RequirementsBSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field6 years Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or sales support managementStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesExcellent interpersonal skills for cross -functional and international collaborationExperience with sales tech stack management, particularly SalesforceDemonstrated leadership in managing and motivating teams
