Job Title: Manager– Affinity SalesReportsto: Head of Business DevelopmentDivision: Retail& SMEPROFILE INTRODUCTION Our esteemed client in the insurance industryis seeking a dynamic and results -driven professional to drive affinity revenuegrowth. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding businesswithin existing affinity schemes and establishing new affinity partnerships.This role focuses on driving Motor, Medical, Life, Pensions, ProfessionalIndemnity, Personal Accident, Home Insurance, and other relevant retail productlines for affinity partners, utilizing established distribution methods withinthe Retail and SME strategy.KeyDuties and Responsibilities1. To drive business growth through thecreation of new affinities on various platforms.2. To develop and implement strategiesfor affinity business through the creation of new opportunities for businessacquisition, retention, customer service, and operations.3. Implement effective distributionchannels and pricing strategy for new affinities.4. Establish and manage productivepartnerships with affinity partners to achieve set affinity sales budget.5. Ensure new businesses meet the KYCdocumentation threshold and the company's credit control policy requirements.6. Develop and implement strategicinsurance solutions for resellers partners7. Develop mechanisms for measuringperformance across different products within different affinities.8. Lead innovation and productdevelopment of different affinity solutions.9. Maintain close working relationshipswith key stakeholders to ensure better relationships.10. Develop effective debt managementstrategy for affinities.11. Drive distribution of affinity salesthrough digital channels.12. Submit the monthly sales reports &sales pipeline. Requirements· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing,or a related field is required.· Diploma in Insurance.· Experience in business development andretention· At least 5 years of experience with 3years in management of productive affinity relationships· A proven track record of meeting andexceeding sales targets· Healthy knowledge of IT solutions andsystems· Adherenceto established productivity and quality standards are crucial.· Excellent communication andproblem -solving skills.· Product knowledge - Adequate knowledgeand understanding of general insurance products. Knowledge of life products isa plus.· Customer service - Respond promptly tocustomer needs.· Able to work and lead a team to achievecommitment.· High attention to detail.· Be a person of integrity.
