Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nairobi County, Kenya for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, presenting and promoting the company's range of coatings, negotiating sales contracts, and maintaining long-term relationships with customers. Daily tasks also include meeting sales targets, preparing reports, and coordinating with the marketing team to optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or related industry
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in preparing and delivering presentations
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and sales metrics
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
