Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential customers, reaching out to clients, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating sales deals, and maintaining customer relationships. Responsibilities also include meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with other team members to improve sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales and Customer Relationship Management
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills
  • Ability to Conduct Product Demonstrations and Sales Presentations
  • Proven Track Record of Meeting or Exceeding Sales Targets
  • Knowledge of the Product Market and Competitor Activities
  • Proficiency in Preparing Sales Reports and Managing Sales Data
  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
