ILASHE Group is seeking a keen, organized, and proactive Assistant – Accounts and Operations to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of handling both financial and operational responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily accounting operations, including data entry, reconciliations, and report preparation.

Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and financial documentation.

Handle tax submissions, including PAYE, VAT, SHIF, NSSF, and other statutory filings.

Manage office petty cash, ensuring proper record-keeping, accountability, and timely replenishment.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.

Support procurement, logistics, and administrative operations in ILASHE Group operations in various locations.

Liaise with suppliers, clients, and team members to ensure smooth operations.

Assist in preparing management and project reports.

Maintain organized filing systems for financial and operational documents.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

CPA or equivalent professional qualification.

At least 2–3 years of experience in accounting or operations support.

Good knowledge of tax laws and statutory submissions in Kenya.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).

Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

Experience in agribusiness or commodities is an added advantage.
