Role Description

We are seeking a part-time or full-time remote Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on developing and executing sales strategies to attract and retain clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, delivering training sessions, and working collaboratively with the team to create and implement effective marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building relationships.
  • Experience in Training and mentoring clients or team members to streamline processes or enhance skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with legal technology, CRM tools, and digital marketing is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
