Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Radio Sales Specialist located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Radio Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing sales strategies, providing exceptional customer service, and offering training sessions to clients. The role will involve daily interaction with clients, identifying their communication needs, and recommending suitable POC radio solutions. Additionally, the specialist will oversee sales management and contribute to achieving sales targets and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Proven record in Radio communication sales especially Hytera Nd Motorola
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Nairobi County, Kenya
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the communication or technology industry is a plus
