Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Nairobi. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales training, and managing sales teams. The specialist will work closely with customers and internal teams to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Experience in conducting Sales Training
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
  • Experience in the microfinance industry is an advantage
