Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site and remote role located in Africa, for a Voice and SMS Account Manager. The Account Manager will oversee day-to-day client account needs, ensuring high-quality service delivery and effective management of voice and SMS operations. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining client relationships, monitoring account performance, identifying new business opportunities, and resolving service issues promptly. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements while analyzing market trends and reporting on account progress.
