About the RoleThe Receptionist will serve as the face and voice of the organization, creating a welcoming atmosphere while managing front office operations with efficiency and professionalism. The role supports administrative functions and contributes to a positive brand image. Key Responsibilities:· Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate contacts or departments.· Manage the organization's main phone line and handle general inquiries efficiently.· Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized and reflects a professional image.· Coordinate courier services, deliveries and incoming/outgoing correspondence.· Support office administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling and managing supplies.Any other responsibilities that may be assigned by the supervisor from time to time. RequirementsQualifications, Experience and Skills:· Diploma in Business Administration, Front Office Operations, or a related field.· Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy corporate environment.· Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).· Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Key Competencies/Attributes:· Friendly, courteous and professional demeanor.· Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.· Customer -service mindset with a positive attitude.
