Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for In-store Merchandisers based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The In-store Merchandisers will be responsible for maintaining product displays, ensuring shelves are stocked and organized, assisting customers with product information, executing promotional activities, and working closely with store managers to optimize sales. Additionally, the role involves ensuring that marketing strategies are effectively implemented at the store level.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Retail environments
  • Basic understanding of Marketing principles
  • Detail-oriented and ability to maintain product displays
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in merchandising or retail is a plus
