Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative/PR Officer for an on-site position located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, handling customer complaints, managing communications, and ensuring overall satisfaction. The role also involves acting as a representative of the brand, enhancing public relations, and contributing to the growth of the company's reputation.

  • Experience in Customer Support and addressing customer inquiries efficiently
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and manage customer relationships
  • Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts professionally
  • Previous experience in public relations or brand representation is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred
