We have postponed our public launch and are looking for a Founding Content & Growth Partner to immediately accelerate our waitlist and establish our brand authority leading up to the revised launch date.

The Mission
: Accelerate Growth, Own the Narrative

Your core mission is to rapidly establish Apollo Adverts as the definitive authority on lean, ethical execution and to convert interested leads into committed waitlist members and early adopters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Waitlist Acceleration: Develop and execute high-conversion strategies (organic and paid) to aggressively grow our pre-launch waitlist.
• Content Strategy: Create, curate, and schedule all content across LinkedIn and relevant channels that showcases our unique Proprietary Alternative model.
• Narrative Ownership: Ensure all content adheres strictly to our brand guidelines, focusing on our mission of giving every founder a "Fighting Chance".
• Trend Mastery: Maintain a vast screen time to catch and leverage emerging trends, platform changes, and AI innovations faster than the competition.
• Data & Conversion: Track key metrics to demonstrate clear ROI on content efforts, driving high-intent traffic towards the product.
• The Partnership Structure (No Salary)This is a critical, co-founder level position; therefore, compensation is based solely on equity and mutual commitment.
• Equity-First: This role offers a cross-equity partnership—there is no initial salary. You are investing your time and expertise in exchange for a percentage of the company you help build.
• Validation Phase: The first 90 days will be a strict validation period. You will receive an offer of equity only after we have confirmed your fit, validated your impact on the waitlist, and seen clear demonstration of the core competencies listed below.
• NDA Required: All partners must be obligated to sign a comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) upon acceptance of the role.

You must be more than an employee; you must be an owner.
This requires a specific mindset:

• Extreme Ownership & Autonomy: While you will receive initial supervision and brand guidelines, you must be capable of working autonomously for extended periods (e.g., a full week) and executing the growth plan without daily oversight.
• Commitment to the Mission: You must be able to go the extra mile for any timeline, day or night, when the startup demands it. This is not a 9-to-5 job; it's a mission.
• Communication: Clear, over-communicative, and emotionally mature. You must be able to give and receive constructive supervision gracefully.
• Strategic Acumen: You don't just post content; you understand how the content directly fills the sales and investment pipeline (the VC/Accelerator Bridge).

The Question:
Our mission is to give founders a "Fighting Chance" by replacing expensive SaaS with proprietary, low-cost tools. Design one piece of content (a LinkedIn text post, a 15-second video script, or a tweet thread) that uses this exact value proposition to convert a cold lead into a waitlist sign-up. Include a brief (150-word max) justification for your choice of channel and format.

Answer the following questions in your reply:

• This is an equity-only role with no salary during the initial 90-day validation phase. Are you able and willing to commit 20+ hours per week under this compensation structure?
• Describe a time you had to "go the extra mile" for a professional project—where you worked outside of normal hours to meet a critical, unplanned deadline.
