  • Lead VTM's social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
  • Create inspiring content that brings the VTM vision to life
  • Build and grow an authentic digital community
  • Collaborate with the founding team to shape a global movement
  • Track and analyze growth and engagement metrics


You Are:

  • Passionate about youth, opportunity, and storytelling
  • Skilled in content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
  • Organized, creative, and ready to experiment
