Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Employee. The role is located in Nairobi County, Kenya, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales and Marketing Employee will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, providing customer service, conducting training sessions, and managing sales and marketing activities. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining client relationships, creating marketing materials, and implementing marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
