Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Employee Personnel based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The role involves a mix of in-office and work-from-home duties. The Sales Employee Personnel will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and identifying opportunities for business growth. Additionally, the Sales Employee Personnel will collaborate with marketing teams, prepare sales reports, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing teams
  • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing sales reports
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the financial sector is an advantage
