Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Sales Marketing Manager will oversee and manage the execution of sales strategies and marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include market research, customer segmentation, developing sales plans, managing promotional materials, and analyzing sales data. The Sales Marketing Manager will also be responsible for leading a team, reaching sales targets, and maintaining customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in developing and executing Marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and Customer Segmentation
  • Skills in analyzing Sales Data and making data-driven decisions
  • Leadership skills and experience managing a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Nairobi County, Kenya
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the paint or coatings industry is a plus
