Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for Sales Division Employees. The position is based in Nairobi County, Kenya, with the possibility of working from home on some days. Daily tasks include prospecting and identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with marketing and other departments to align goals and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong prospecting and client acquisition skills
  • Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a sales role within the financial or business services industry is a plus
