Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Retail Zone Specialist located in Singapore, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Retail Zone Specialist will be responsible for overseeing store operations within their designated zone, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining inventory accuracy, and driving sales to achieve targets. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with store managers, executing promotional activities, analyzing sales data, and providing training and support to store staff.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail operations and inventory management
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to drive sales
  • Ability to analyze sales data and recommend improvements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide training and support to store staff
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid role with some work-from-home components
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is preferred
  • Experience with retail software systems is a plus
