What You'll Do

  1. Drive sales by actively engaging customers and Organisations, building relationships, and closing deals across multiple platforms (retail, online, and corporate).

  2. Identify new business opportunities, partners, and stockists.

3.Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  1. Deliver exceptional customer experiences before, during, and after every sale.

5.Keep track of sales performance and prepare reports for management.

  1. Represent Bobu Lifestyle at exhibitions, events, and pop-ups with professionalism and energy.

7.Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align sales strategies with campaigns.

Who We're Looking For.

1.A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.

  1. At least 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the retail, fashion, lifestyle, or creative industry.

3.Strong communication and negotiation skills.

4.Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities, you know how to make people feel seen and valued.

5.Goal-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.

6.A genuine appreciation for African art, culture, Nature, Wildlife and design.

7.Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM systems, social media, and digital tools to track leads and drive engagement.
