Technical Sales Engineer

Job Description:
1.Develop and manage distributors for household energy storage systems via digital channels, providing product training, sales enablement tools, and end-to-end order support.
2.Collaborate with technical teams to customize product solutions (e.g., off-grid/hybrid configurations) based on regional energy needs.
3.Lead remote engagement with clients, including technical proposal review, contract negotiation, and post-sales issue resolution.
4.Work cross-functionally to optimize customer journey metrics (e.g., on-time delivery rate, NPS).
5.complete other tasks arranged by the leadership
Requirements:

- strong communication skills, know how to think differently (able to speak English)
- Hard-working and stress-resistant
