Purpose

Provide the technical backbone of MumlyAPP's interconnected platforms ensuring each module (school, parent, tutor, outdoor) integrates into a unified data-driven ecosystem. The Senior Technical Lead will define, supervise, and optimize all development efforts while mentoring internal developers and managing vendor output.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Design and enforce the system architecture that supports inter-platform connectivity and shared analytics.
  2. Supervise and coordinate the external development firm's deliverables, code quality, and integrations.
  3. Establish a technical framework for data collection, analytics, and security across all modules.
  4. Mentor Internal developers — introducing best practices for coding, testing, versioning, and continuous integration.
  5. Collaborate with the Product Owner to align technical execution with product strategy and UX priorities.
  6. Oversee technical project planning — sprint setup, deployments, and testing cycles.
  7. Evaluate and optimize tech stack choices (e.g., ) for performance, scalability, and cost.
  8. Ensure data privacy and compliance with child information protection standards.
  9. Provide technical input for future modules — e.g., wellness tracking, creative learning analytics, or teacher feedback dashboards.

Profile & Competencies

  1. 7–10 years in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical leadership.
  2. Proven success building scalable, modular systems (preferably in edtech, healthtech, or social platforms).
  3. Strong in backend architecture, cloud deployment, API design, and integration.
  4. Experienced with cross-platform (web, mobile, admin dashboard) environments.
  5. Natural mentor and team leader with a structured approach to project delivery.
