Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nairobi County, Kenya, for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and analyzing campaign performance. Additionally, the role involves monitoring social media trends, engaging with followers, and collaborating with other teams to align marketing activities with the company's goals. This position focuses on building a strong online presence and fostering audience engagement.

Qualifications

  • Social media management skills, including platform expertise and content creation
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing social media strategies to align with business goals
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to write, edit, and tailor content for various platforms
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track and optimize campaign performance
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, brand awareness, and audience engagement strategies
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify emerging social media trends
  • Experience in using design tools and platforms for social media content is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
