The role includes creating website content, engaging on social media, and assisting customers in onboarding to our tracking and fleet systems.

Job Description

The Social Media Manager & Content Creator will be responsible for developing content across written, visual, and multimedia formats, managing social media engagement, supporting digital campaign execution, and ensuring high-quality brand representation online. This role also involves training customers both onsite and online on how to use our systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging and high-quality visual and written content (posts, reels, videos, graphics, product stories).
  • Manage social media platforms: posting, responding, and community engagement.
  • Maintain and execute a content calendar aligned with brand activities and campaigns.
  • Conduct client training and product demonstrations for tracking and fleet management solutions.
  • Monitor social trends and adjust strategies to maintain relevance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, influencers, and media stakeholders.
  • Track, analyze, and report social performance metrics to improve results.
  • Uphold company values, policies, and health & safety guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in any relevant field from a recognized institution.
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in creative tools such as 
    Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut
    , or similar.
  • Understanding of SEO, hashtags, and content optimization strategies.
  • Skilled in photography, videography, and basic video editing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Creative, curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
