We are seeking a creative, forward-thinking, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Intern to join our growing team. This program is designed to provide hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management, while offering mentorship and opportunities for career development.

About the Role

This internship is ideal for someone with a keen creative eye, strong writing ability, and the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. You will support digital marketing initiatives ranging from social media and content creation to campaign research and proposal drafting. You may also provide support in client management and business development activities, making this an opportunity to grow into a versatile professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in content creation, including social media captions, campaign concepts, blogs, presentations, and proposals.

  • Manage and schedule content across company social media platforms.

  • Collaborate with the design team by providing input, feedback, and creative direction on visual assets to ensure alignment with brand and campaign goals.

  • Support in drafting client proposals and pitch documents.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support campaigns.

  • Monitor campaign performance and assist with reporting.

  • Provide support in client-facing and business development activities when needed.

  • Contribute proactively to diverse tasks that may arise in a startup environment.

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field (preferred).

  • Strong writing skills adaptable to both creative and professional contexts.

  • A creative/design eye with the ability to recognize strong visuals and provide meaningful direction.

  • Experience managing social media accounts (personal, academic, or professional).

  • Attention to detail and a track record of producing polished work.

  • A self-starter who can think critically, solve problems proactively, and push ideas forward.

  • Adaptability to startup culture—collaborative, versatile, and open to taking on multiple responsibilities.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator; or experience in proposal writing, copywriting, or client management.
