Join our 
IT & Retail Experience Program
, an immersive internship designed to give you hands-on experience across our 
Technical Service
 and 
Retail Departments
 — where technology, customer experience, and innovation come together to deliver premium Apple solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Technical (Service Department):

  • Assist technicians in device diagnostics, repairs, and quality testing (Mac, iPhone, iPad, etc.)
  • Support software troubleshooting, system updates, and data backup processes
  • Maintain service logs and assist with inventory of spare parts and tools
  • Learn and uphold Apple's service standards and repair protocols

Retail (Storefronts):

  • Support sales teams in product demonstrations and customer engagement
  • Assist in store setup, merchandising, and daily operations
  • Understand Apple's product ecosystem to provide guidance to customers
  • Participate in customer experience improvement initiatives

General:

  • Shadow senior staff across departments to gain a holistic business understanding
  • Participate in training sessions on Apple technologies, sales systems, and CRM tools
  • Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong interest in technology and customer experience
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Familiarity with Apple products is an advantage
