Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Device Sales Specialist located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies to promote Radiology devices and equipment, establishing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and clients, and providing education on the features and benefits of the products. Additional responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, conducting sales presentations, managing customer inquiries, monitoring industry trends, and achieving sales targets through effective account management and collaboration with internal teams. The selected candidate will play a key role in driving revenue and supporting the company's mission to deliver top-tier healthcare solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Radiology Sales and Sales Operations, with a focus on understanding and meeting customer requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of Medical Devices with an emphasis on Ultrasound, X-rays, and the ability to convey expertise to healthcare professionals
  • Proven experience in Sales, with skills in planning and executing sales strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment and build strong professional networks
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Radiography, Biomedical Sciences, or a related discipline
  • Familiarity with the medical technology landscape in Kenya is preferred
