This is a high-intensity, hands-on internship for individuals who want to develop expertise in Project Management, Operations, and Executive Assistance within a high-growth, fast-paced Microsoft consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project & Operations Support
  • Assist in coordinating and managing day-to-day business operations and internal projects.
  • Help document and improve processes to increase efficiency across teams.
  • Participate in planning and execution of company projects and initiatives.
  • Executive Assistance to the Founder/CEO
  • Organize and manage the CEOs schedule, meetings, and communications (primarily via Outlook and Microsoft Teams).
  • Prepare reports, slide decks, and documentation for leadership and client-facing meetings using Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Track action items, handle urgent matters, and ensure timely follow-up on key decisions.

Technical & AI Tools Usage

  • Learn and use Microsoft 365 Suite (Teams, Outlook, Planner, To Do, SharePoint, possibly Azure Boards) to support work management.
  • Gain exposure to AI tools (e.g., chat-based AI, prompt engineering, automation tools) to streamline workflows.
  • Support implementation of workflow automation and digital optimization strategies within M365consult.

Internship Expectations

  • Full-time: approximately 40 hours per week.
  • Treat the internship like a real job in terms of commitment, reliability, and professionalism.
  • High performers may be offered a paid role after 3 months.
  • A short trial period will apply; consistent underperformance can lead to early termination.
