JOB TITLE: HR EXECUTIVE OPERATIONS Job Summary: Reporting to the HR & Administration Manager, therole is responsible for supporting the HR & Administration Manager in theattainment of Q -Sourcing HR strategy by aligning and delivering on HRadministration activities of Identify recruitment needs, Employee Onboarding,Employee Relations, Training and Development, Performance Management and leavemanagement. KEY ROLES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES1.  Consolidate, track, andreport on staff annual leave with assistance from business units/line managers.2.  Ensure the proper andtimely filing and retrieval of all HR -related documents.3.  Support the HR &Administration Manager with new staff onboarding, including induction andorientation.4.  Foster a positiveemployee relations environment by addressing grievances, conducting investigations,and providing guidance on conflict resolution to maintain a harmonious workenvironment.5.  Implement disciplinaryprocedures in accordance with employment and company policy.6.  Coordinate with projectadministrators to ensure medical cover through insurance or on -site servicesfor all staff and outsourced clients, in accordance with service levelagreements.7.  Requisition staff IDs asapproved by the HR Manager.8.  Prepare and share monthlyHR analysis reports with the HR Manager.9.  Ensure legal compliance,including maintaining a legal dashboard and meeting statutory requirements.10.  Assess training needs andcoordinate learning and development initiatives in collaboration withrespective line managers, ensuring effective communication for implementation.11.  Design and implement acomprehensive training and development program to enhance employee skills andcompetencies, aligning with organizational goals and individual careerdevelopment plans.12.  Develop and maintain aperformance management system that includes goal setting, regular performancereviews, and feedback mechanisms to promote employee engagement andaccountability.13.  Ensure that all staffmembers possess job descriptions and key performance indicators (KPIs) tailoredto their roles.14.  Prepare KPIs and appraisalschedules for staff members.15.  Provide training onQ -sourcing policies and procedures.16.  Perform administrativetasks as required.17.  Streamline therecruitment process by developing effective strategies to identify recruitmentneeds.18.  Coordinate staff meetingsand ensure timely closure of raised issues in collaboration with projectadministrators.HR & Administration Manager for day -to -day reporting on strategy and approvalsAll other Line departments -stakeholder in the HR process for guidance in managing of employee issues (performance management, training needs, procurement needs etc.)HR practioners in the Market for benchmarking on best practices.    HR Consultants for consultancy and training servicesOther HR bodies like the HR Association of Kenya for professional growth.  QUALIFICATIONSAND EXPERIENCE:Degree -level education in Human Resource Management. Postgraduate Diploma in HR would be of added advantage.At Least 3 years of generalist Human Resources Experience.HR professional membership is desiredConsultancy industry and business awarenessExcellent planning & Organisation skills.Knowledge of payroll management, basic accounting  and proficiency in Excel is desiredExcellent interpersonal skills.Tact, swiftness and attention to detail are a MUSTKnowledge of statutory financial compliance i.e. with KRA, NSSF, NHIF and Withholding Tax is must.Excellent problem solving and decision making skillsExpert knowledge of the Kenya labour laws and familiarity with International Labour laws. RequirementsDegree -level education in Human Resource Management.
