Job Opportunities: Sales Roles in the Building & Construction Sector

1. Sales Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue accurate quotations to clients.
- Log in and process customer orders efficiently.
- Manage and update the CRM system to ensure data accuracy.
- Generate timely sales reports for management review.
- Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree/Diploma in Business, Sales, or related field.
- 3+ years' experience in sales coordination or a related role.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP/ERP/CRM systems is an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational, reporting, and communication skills.
2. Distributor Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong distributor and reseller relationships.
- Drive sales growth through effective account and territory management.
- Negotiate pricing, margins, and promotional activities with distributors.
- Monitor distributor performance and ensure targets are achieved.
- Gather and share competitor and market insights.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years' proven experience in distributor/channel sales.
- Strong understanding of the building and construction sector.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven, with the ability to analyze sales trends and opportunities.
3. Project Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and secure opportunities in large-scale projects (residential, commercial, institutional).
- Build relationships with developers, contractors, architects, and consultants.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and customized project solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project execution and client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed project sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree/Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Construction-related field.
- 5+ years' experience in project-based sales.
- Proven track record of winning and managing major building projects.
- Strong industry network within construction.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
