Africa Incoming Pty Ltd, a SATSA Bonded DMC based in Cape Town. We specialize in custom-made private tours for families, groups of friends, couples, and honeymooners, with operations throughout Southern Africa. Our leading position in the industry allows us to negotiate the best rates, offering excellent value for money. We operate tours in South Africa, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Namibia.
The Company is spreading it wings in East Africa and opening an office in Nairobi and looking for Travel Experts in this region.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Kenya Travel Expert.
Candidates with strong knowledge of the Vendors like Safari Operators, Activities operators will be given preference.
The Travel Expert will be responsible for arranging travel plans.
Making travel itineraries, providing customer service, and handling business travel needs.
Qualifications
- Skills in Travel Arrangements, Travel Management, and Business Travel
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Familiarity with other East African destinations is prefereable.
- Proficiency in relevant travel management software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is advantageous
