Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Account Manager, located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for
building and maintaining relationships with clients to drive revenue, acting as a key point of contact for their needs, upselling / cross-selling products, negotiating contracts, and providing reports on performance and opportunities. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of accounts, developing strategic sales plans, collaborating with internal teams, and achieving sales targets through strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, Technology, or a related field.
- A Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, with over 3 years will have an added advantage
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer relationship management in the ICT or related field for 2 years
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and sales tools.
- Knowledge of information technology, software engineering, telecommunication, or other specific fields the company operates.
- Have high level of sales and corporate relationship attributes
