The role holder will be responsible for overseeing all financial and administrative tasks to ensure business efficiency and compliance with all regulatory bodies. Main responsibilities for the role include; Financial Management and Accounting:  Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.  Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports.  Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to optimize financial resources. Budgeting and Financial Planning:  Lead the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment with strategic objectives and the group's SOP.  Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide recommendations for corrective actions. Treasury and Risk Management:  Manage the company's banking relationships, including cash management, loan facilities, and foreign exchange transactions.  Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks. ​ Financial Reporting and Compliance:  Prepare and submit accurate and timely financial reports to management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.  Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and other applicable financial regulations. Administration and Operations:  Oversee general administrative functions, including procurement, facilities management, and contract management.  Supervise and mentor the administrative team, providing guidance and support as needed. Lead and manage the finance and administration assistant, providing direction, support, and performance feedback.  Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.  Support the leadership team in relation to recruitment processes and human resources matters  In charge of import and export logistics for administrative and  operational aspects  Focal point for international logistic provider Reporting to HQ:  Responsible for answering requests for reportsRequirements Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.  Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar role within the FMCG industry or Manufacturing sector.  Strong knowledge of financial management principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.  Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.  Excellent understanding of tax laws, treasury management, and risk assessment.  Experience in managing administrative functions, including  procurement, contracts, and facilities.  Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software for efficient financial management and reporting.  Strong analytical and problem -solving skills with the ability to make sound financial decisions.  Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.  Ability to work effectively in a fast -paced and dynamic environment.  Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and maintain accurate and organized financial and administrative records.
