Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Sales Specialist located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Insurance Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with clients, offering tailored insurance solutions, and promoting available insurance products and services. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, processing insurance brokerage services, educating clients about health and other insurance options, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Insurance Sales and Insurance Products
  • Practical experience in Insurance Brokerage services and Health Insurance policies
  • Strong Customer Service skills with a customer-centric mindset
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field
