We're looking for a highly skilled GoHighLevel Automation Specialist to join our team in Sandton, Durban, Cape Town, or Kenya. This is a night shift role (USA hours: 2 PM – 11 PM), fully work from the office. Hours may adjust slightly due to daylight savings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair existing email sequences in GoHighLevel
  • Integrate email campaigns with SMS reminder systems for seamless communication
  • Navigate complex automation workflows and identify bottlenecks or failure points
  • Set up connections between GHL, Vibe Code, and N8n platforms
  • Optimize existing automations for performance and deliverability
  • Document processes and create system maps for ongoing maintenance
  • Work at production speed on time-sensitive implementations
  • Test and validate all integrations for proper functionality
  • Monitor and maintain automated systems for consistent performance

Required Technical Skills:

GoHighLevel (GHL)

  • Advanced proficiency in CRM management and customization
  • Email sequence building and troubleshooting
  • SMS campaign setup and integration
  • Pipeline and workflow configuration
  • Custom fields, tagging, and segmentation

N8n Automation

  • Hands-on experience building complex workflows
  • API integrations and webhooks
  • Data transformation and routing
  • Error handling and debugging

Vibe Code

  • Proven implementation experience
  • API integration and webhook configuration
  • Email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC setup)
  • SMS gateway integration (Twilio, etc.)
  • Database management and data flow understanding
  • Basic HTML/CSS for email customization
  • JSON/XML data formatting and manipulation

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with GoHighLevel platform (not just basic familiarity)
  • Hands-on N8n automation workflow development
  • Vibe Code implementation experience
  • Systems thinking – ability to understand how complex pieces interconnect quickly
  • Self-directed work style – comfortable diving deep with minimal guidance
  • Troubleshooting expertise – enjoy solving problems in unfamiliar systems
  • Speed & efficiency – can work at production pace under pressure
  • Strong analytical skills – mapping workflows and identifying optimization opportunities
