The sales personwill be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned territorywithin the region. This role requires a highly motivated and results orientedindividual with a strong understanding of the B2B sales landscape and a proventrack record of success. The ideal candidate will be proactive,customer -focused, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. KeyResponsibilities ·       Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly,and annual sales targets.·       Identify and develop new businessopportunities within the assigned territory.·       Conduct market research and identifypotential clients within target sectors.·       Build and maintain strong relationshipswith existing and potential clients.·       Conduct effective sales presentations andproduct demonstrations.·       Negotiate contracts and close deals.·       Provide excellent customer service andaddress client inquiries effectively.·       Manage the entire sales cycle, from leadgeneration to closing deals.·       Prepare accurate and timely sales reportsand forecasts.·       Actively participate in team meetings andsales training sessions.·       Stay abreast of industry trends andcompetitive developments.·       Represent the Business brandprofessionally at all times. RequirementsRequiredSkills & Experience ·       Minimum 2 years of proven experience inB2B sales within the Kenyan market.·       Bachelor's degree in BusinessAdministration, Marketing, or a related field.·       Strong understanding of the Kenyanbusiness landscape, particularly within the specified region.·       Excellent communication, interpersonal,and presentation skills.·       Strong negotiation and closing skills.·       Strong analytical and problem -solvingskills.·       Results -oriented with a strong drive toachieve targets.·       Ability to work independently and as partof a team.·       Excellent time management andorganizational skills.·       A proactive and results -driven approachto sales.·       Strong work ethic and a willingness to gothe extra mile.·       Ability to work under pressure and meetdeadlines.
