Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will have experience with CRM tools like Zoho, be capable of aggressively hunting new clients, building and maintaining relationships, and promoting our brand in the competitive branding and events industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Proficiency: Utilize Zoho CRM or other CRM tools to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and analyze data to optimize business development efforts.
  • Client Acquisition: Aggressively pursue new clients through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Brand Marketing: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company brand, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Innovative Strategies: Implement innovative approaches to attract and retain clients, and stay updated with the latest industry trends.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
  • Business Meetings: Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients to promote our products/services, addressing or predicting their objectives.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Become an expert on our business products, processes, and operations, staying up-to-date on industry news.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure proposals match clients needs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools like Zoho.
  • Medium to strong understanding of marketing, branding, and promotional strategies desirable but not a must.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Highly motivated with a can-do attitude and aggressive approach to client acquisition.
  • Innovative thinker with the ability to implement creative solutions.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
