Global Capability is seeking a
Business Development Executive
to join our Nairobi team at
View Park Towers
.

We're looking for someone with
energy, drive, and a real hunter mentality
— someone who's confident on the phone, builds instant rapport, and can get their personality across to win business. You'll be identifying and engaging healthcare staffing facilities across the US, generating leads, and securing meetings for senior leadership to close.

This is a unique opportunity to be a

Key Responsibilities


• Proactively identify and target new business opportunities across the US healthcare sector looking for recruitment staffing opportunities for healthcare workers


• Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns to generate qualified leads


• Book meetings for senior leadership with decision-makers in potential client organizations


• Manage and update all lead and activity information within the CRM


• Collaborate with the recruitment team to align outreach with candidate availability and service offerings


• Support ongoing business development campaigns, track conversions, and contribute to sales strategy execution

Minimum Requirements


• Ideally
1 year of Business Development experience targeting the US market
, or at least
1 year of international Business Development experience.


• Proven success in cold calling and generating qualified leads


• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)


• Energetic, persuasive, and able to get your personality across to build rapport and close opportunities


• Strong time management and organization skills


• Target-driven with a proactive, hunter mindset


• Comfortable working Eastern US hours
