Role Overview

WCG is seeking a
dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive

to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals to drive growth across our consulting and digital transformation services.

This is a
commission-based role

, ideal for ambitious professionals passionate about sales, business growth, and client success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in consulting and digital solutions.
  • Conduct market research to discover potential clients and emerging opportunities.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Prepare persuasive business proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, records, and pipeline reports.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field

- 3+ years

of proven experience in sales, business development, or consulting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital sales tools.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Added advantage:

Familiarity with digital marketing, SaaS, or consulting environments.
