We work across France and Europe, conducting 360° revenue audits and supporting organizations in structuring their sales, marketing, operations, and recruitment to unlock growth.

We're now expanding our growth and business development capabilities, and we're looking for a sharp, proactive, and structured operator to join our remote team.

Mission:

As a Growth & Business Development Associate, you will help identify, qualify, and engage potential clients for Audit Revenue's core services in Revenue Auditing and Strategic Recruitment.

You'll play a key role in:

  • Generating leads and business opportunities in France and Europe
  • Executing our social selling and outreach strategy on LinkedIn
  • Supporting ongoing marketing and operations initiatives

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Social Selling & Lead Generation

  2. Identify decision-makers (Founders, CROs, Heads of Sales/Marketing) on LinkedIn

  3. Engage strategically with their content (likes, comments, DMs)
  4. Maintain and update our CRM (Notion / Airtable) with active leads
  5. Assist in preparing short outreach messages and connection requests

  6. Business Development – Recruitment Vertical

  7. Monitor job boards and LinkedIn to identify companies currently recruiting Sales / RevOps / Marketing leaders
