Job Title – Sales and Marketing Intern (SPC Flooring Tiles)

About Us

Casuarina Limited, specialises in strain resistance SPC flooring, to transform any living space with

luxurious, stylish and durable flooring materials into a breathtaking space.

Casuarina seeks to recruit a sales and marketing Intern who is passionate, artistic as well as a customer focused

individual with interest in interior field. Passion in marketing and exceptional interpersonal

and communication skills is highly desirous for the position. Additional experience in real estate, or

the home building industry are a huge plus. This will be Full-time position on a six months period

contract.

Duties & Responsibilities:

i. Manage the sales process, politely respond to questions/inquires raised by customers,

and close sales with potential customers.

ii. Maintain a clean and organized appearance of the showroom.

iii. Constantly learn about new products and be able to explain specific features of various

products to customers as well as knowing the price list off hand.

iv. Make field visits to potential and existing customers' locations where need arises.

v. Process quotes and sales orders and also coordinating issuing of receipts, and invoices.

vi. Conduct outbound lead follow-up calls to potential and existing customers via telephone

and e-mail to sell products and services.

vii. Inform customers of estimated delivery schedules, service contracts, warranties, or other

information pertaining to purchased products.

viii. Furnish management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive

activities and potential for new products and services.

ix. Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

x. Maintain client records.

xi. Perform other assigned duties and tasks.

Requirements:

A continuing student pursuing a Degree in Sales, Marketing/Communications, Business

Administration or any relevant field looking for industrial attachment
