B-Tranxact is a fintech startup transforming digital payments in Africa. Through our universal vendor-agnostic pay-in-instalment model, we empower individuals and businesses with secure, flexible payment options that boost e-commerce growth across Kenya and beyond. We also facilitate secure transactions through our trade assurance feature and structured dispute resolution system.

Role Description

This is a full-time, remote job. You will work alongside other marketing interns to design flyers and digital content, post, engage, and repost across platforms including X, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. In addition, you will support the marketing team by running social media campaigns, conducting market research, and helping to grow our community through events and partnerships. A key part of the role will be taking part in social media live campaigns on TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube, where you will train users on how to use B-Tranxact, showcase our services, and actively engage audiences to build a strong online presence.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong sales and sales management skills.
  • Ability to provide training and support where needed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Ability to confidently host live sessions on TikTok, Facebook, X, and YouTube.
  • A large social media following is a strong plus.
  • Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
