We're Hiring: Accounting Officer

Location: Lavington, Nairobi | TuWork Park

TuWork Park is a dynamic coworking space where businesses, freelancers, and entrepreneurs thrive. We're looking for a Mid-Level Accountant to join our team and help manage our financial operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting in QuickBooks
  • Prepare daily cashflow reports and reconciliations
  • Handle invoicing, receivables, and supplier payments
  • Support budgeting, forecasting & monthly management reports
  • Ensure compliance with Kenyan tax laws (VAT, PAYE, Withholding, etc.)
  • Assist with payroll and audits

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + CPA (K) preferred
  • 3–5 years of accounting experience
  • Strong skills in QuickBooks & Excel
  • Knowledge of Kenyan tax compliance
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
