Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Executive located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring marketing strategies and campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing social media platforms, creating and optimizing web content, analyzing web traffic, tracking key performance indicators, and supporting communication efforts across channels. Collaboration with internal teams to achieve marketing goals will also be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Marketing and Communication, with the ability to craft effective campaigns and engage with target audiences.
  • Experience in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, posting, and audience engagement.
  • Proficiency in Web Content Writing and familiarity with SEO principles to create impactful online content.
  • Knowledge of Web Analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is an advantage.
