Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Nairobi. The Sales Specialist will engage in day-to-day tasks such as actively selling tissue products to clients, providing excellent customer service, training customers on product use, and managing sales processes. The individual will work to achieve sales targets, develop and maintain customer relationships, and provide feedback on market trends and new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales experience and ability to meet sales targets
  • Experience in Sales Management and Training
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant experience in the tissue or hygiene products industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
