Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies. Daily tasks include overseeing sales operations, providing training to sales teams, ensuring excellent customer service, and communicating with clients to understand and meet their needs. The role requires collaboration with other departments to optimize the overall sales and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Ability to provide effective Training to sales teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in the advertising or digital marketing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
