Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist at Ashcon Logistics Kenya Ltd, located in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves managing sales records, tracking sales performance, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will conduct market research, participate in sales training, and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Sales and Sales Management skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in providing Sales Training
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus
- Experience in the logistics industry is an advantage
