Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trade Developer Representative based in Nairobi County, Kenya. The Trade Developer Representative will focus on growing Telkom Kenya's market presence by identifying and building relationships with potential customers and partners. Responsibilities include executing sales strategies, conducting customer training, performing market research, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving overall sales performance in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development
  • Customer Service and Training skills
  • Experience in conducting Market Research
  • Familiarity with the Real Estate sector is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
